These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and Raechal AI, operator of the Raechal.ai platform (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing, registering for, subscribing to, or using Raechal.ai and its associated services (“Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

Raechal.ai is an AI-powered SEO intelligence and automation platform designed to provide website audits, AI visibility analysis, keyword insights, and SEO workflow support.

• SEO health scoring and recommendations
• AI search visibility tracking
• Chatbot-based SEO assistance
• Automation support for CMS platforms like WordPress

The Services are provided strictly for informational and strategic purposes only.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have legal authority to enter into this agreement
• You will provide accurate registration details
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4.1 Verified Ownership Requirement

Users may only register domains they legally own or have explicit written authorization to manage. Any unauthorized registration will result in immediate termination without refund.

4.2 Domain Lock Clause

Once a primary domain is registered, it is permanently locked, non-transferable, and cannot be changed under any circumstances.

Certain features require verified Google Search Console (“GSC”) access. Platform accuracy depends on permissions and external Google APIs.

Raechal AI is not responsible for downtime, restrictions, or data delays caused by Google systems.

If you voluntarily provide WordPress or CMS administrative access, you do so entirely at your own risk.

Raechal AI shall not be liable for:

• Website downtime or plugin conflicts
• Security breaches or credential compromise
• Loss of traffic, revenue, ranking, or content
• Unintended AI-generated deployments

You are solely responsible for reviewing any AI output prior to live deployment.

Raechal.ai provides AI-generated recommendations and outputs. Rankings and traffic improvements are never guaranteed.

• Search engines operate independently
• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies
• You assume full responsibility for implementation

8.1 Credits Never Expire

Credits purchased or issued under any plan do not expire.

8.2 No Refund Policy

All payments are final. Raechal AI provides no refunds under any circumstances, including unused credits or termination.

8.3 Abuse Prevention

Credits may not be transferred, resold, or exploited. Abuse results in immediate suspension.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Creating multiple accounts for credit farming
• Registering multiple domains from the same IP
• Attempting to reverse engineer or attack the platform

Raechal AI reserves the right to terminate access permanently without notice or liability.

10.1 No Personal Data Collection

Raechal AI does not collect, sell, or distribute personal user data.

10.2 Limited Ranking Metrics Use

We may store anonymized ranking metrics strictly for internal case studies and benchmarking. No customer-identifiable data is shared publicly without written consent.

10.3 Encryption

Credentials are encrypted at rest and used solely for platform operation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raechal AI from any claims arising from:

• Your misuse of AI outputs
• Third-party disputes involving domain rights
• SEO penalties or regulatory violations
• Deployment of automation actions

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Raechal.ai is provided strictly “AS IS”
• No indirect or consequential damages apply
• Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the last 30 days

All disputes shall be resolved individually through binding arbitration. You waive participation in any class-action lawsuits or collective claims.

These Terms are governed under the laws of India. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
